Cancellation Policy

We acknowledge the fact that everybody is entitled to their choices and sometimes you decide to not proceed with the order. In that case, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your order. After which the shipment will have left the warehouse. 

Situation 1: If you wish to cancel your order, then we recommend you do so within 48 hours of placing it by writing us an email at contact@napeazy.com. In that case, we will refund you in full at the provided bank account number through NEFT transaction.

Situation 2: If you wish to cancel the order (by writing us an email at contact@napeazy.com) after 48 hours whether or not the product has reached your address, then we will pick the order back from your place. However, you will have to bear the shipping cost for the same. In this situation, the package should not be opened at all. Else, it will fall under "Product Return" Category. 

Situation 3: If you have opened the box and then decided to return the product, then please go through the refund policy.
