  • Parents or guardians of unmarried, under 21 citizens or permanent residents. Along with their brother or sister.
  • U.S nationals or PR holders, children, or Foster children have permission to travel.
  • Passengers holding A-1, A-2, C-1, C-1/D, C-2, C-3, D, E-1 visas. Or holders of G-1, G-2, G-3, G-4, IR-4, IH-4, NATO-1 through NATO-4, or NATO-6 visa.
  • U.S Armed forces and their spouse or children also have permission to travel to the States.
  • Passengers with evidence of government invitations, or documents issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, or U.S. Department of State, that exempts them from travel restrictions.
  • B1 crew members that are working with Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) also have permission to travel.

Also, It’s important to note that any Indian nationals who wish to study in the U.S would not be able to travel if they hold an F1 visa but –

The category F or M visa is valid for less than 6 months from the date of your planned departure.

Or if you are a new admission and have not joined your course yet.

So that said, you still need to be careful during travel.
